Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Relaycial (test.relaycial.com) is operated by Nestiko Business Solutions Private Limited. This policy explains how we handle personal data of merchants who use our platform, their staff, and customers who buy from stores hosted on Relaycial. It is published in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, business name, password (stored hashed) and plan details.
• Business and KYC data (merchants and partners receiving settlements or payouts): legal name, PAN, GSTIN, address and bank account or UPI details.
• Store and order data: catalogue, orders, delivery addresses, customer names and contact details that merchants and their customers enter.
• Payment data: transaction references, amounts and status returned by our payment partner. We never see or store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking passwords.
• Usage data: IP address, device and browser information, pages visited and cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure.

3. How we use it

To create and run your account and stores; process payments, subscriptions, refunds and merchant settlements; ship orders; send transactional messages (OTP, order and billing updates); provide support; prevent fraud; meet legal, tax and accounting obligations; and improve our service. We send marketing messages only where you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us deliver the service, under confidentiality obligations:

• Payment processing, subscriptions, settlements and payouts: Razorpay (RBI-authorised payment aggregator) and partner banks.
• Shipping and logistics partners (for example Shiprocket and courier companies) to deliver orders.
• Email, SMS and WhatsApp messaging providers, and cloud hosting providers.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities when required by law.

Order and customer data of each store is visible to that merchant, who uses it to fulfil orders. Data is never shared between different merchants.

5. Security and retention

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, secrets and credentials are encrypted at rest, and access is limited to authorised staff. We keep data while your account is active and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes (typically up to 8 years for financial records).

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or update your data from your account, and ask us to delete it or withdraw consent, subject to legal retention requirements. Customers of a store should contact that merchant first; we will help where needed.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login, security and cart functions, and basic analytics to understand usage. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may stop working.

8. Grievance redressal

In line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and applicable Indian consumer-protection laws, Nestiko Business Solutions Private Limited maintains a grievance redressal mechanism for complaints about our platform, privacy, billing, refunds or service quality.

We acknowledge grievances within 3 business days and aim to resolve them within 30 days. If your concern is not resolved, you may approach the relevant consumer forum or sectoral authority as applicable.
