The orchard story
Italian Hazelnuts (In-Shell Filberts) is sourced from Piedmont & Black Sea orchards. We buy lots the way a dry-fruit house should: by kernel size, oil bloom and moisture — never as a generic snack mix, never as a fruit salad or beverage.
Taste, texture & grade
Sweet, cocoa-like after a light roast. Every bag is cup-tasted against the previous harvest so the crunch you remember stays the crunch you receive.
How we handle it
In-shell selected, sized, jute-lined cartons. Finished packs are nitrogen flushed and heat-sealed so essential oils do not turn. No bleaching, no chocolate coat, no syrup bath.
Store & serve
Roast at home; pair with dark-free dry fruit platters. After opening, keep the pouch rolled tight in a cool cupboard or the refrigerator. Avoid the kitchen steam zone.
