Our Sourcing

<p>We work directly with growers and co-operatives in four regions:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Kashmir:</strong> walnuts from Kupwara and Mongra saffron from Pampore (GI-tagged)</li>
<li><strong>Iran:</strong> Mamra almonds, Kimia dates and pistachios from Kerman</li>
<li><strong>Afghanistan:</strong> green kishmish, Gurbandi almonds and anjeer</li>
<li><strong>California:</strong> Nonpareil almonds, prunes and pecans</li>
</ul>
<p>Every lot is tested for moisture, aflatoxin and pesticide residues by an NABL-accredited laboratory before it enters our cold store.</p>
