Freshness Guarantee & Returns
<p>If anything you receive is not fresh, damaged or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.</p>
<h2>How to raise a request</h2>

<li>Go to <strong>My Account › Orders</strong> and choose <em>Request return</em>, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 98765 43210.</li>
<li>Share a photo of the product and the batch label.</li>
<li>We arrange a reverse pickup within 48 hours, or approve an instant refund for opened food items.</li>

<h2>Refund timelines</h2>
<p>UPI and card refunds reach your account within 5–7 working days. COD orders are refunded to your bank account or as store credit, whichever you prefer.</p>
<p>For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened packs unless there is a quality issue.</p>
