California Soft Prunes is sourced from California prune orchards. We buy lots the way a dry-fruit house should: by kernel size, oil bloom and moisture — never as a generic snack mix, never as a fruit salad or beverage.
Taste, texture & grade
Jammy plum, soft bite, no added sugar. Every bag is cup-tasted against the previous harvest so the crunch you remember stays the crunch you receive.
How we handle it
Pitted, moisture-balanced, resealable pouch. Finished packs are nitrogen flushed and heat-sealed so essential oils do not turn. No bleaching, no chocolate coat, no syrup bath.
Store & serve
Breakfast or a gentle after-dinner sweet. After opening, keep the pouch rolled tight in a cool cupboard or the refrigerator. Avoid the kitchen steam zone.
