Six weeks out
- Fix the per-box budget (most teams land between ₹850 and ₹2,500 including GST).
- Collect the employee or client address list in one spreadsheet with pincodes.
- Decide on branding: logo sleeve, printed card or engraved wooden lid.
Four weeks out
Approve a physical sample. Confirm the GSTIN on the invoice so your finance team can claim input credit — food gifts to employees have specific rules, so check with your CA.
Two weeks out
Lock the dispatch plan. We pack bulk orders at our Bhiwandi fulfilment centre and ship by surface for metro cities and air for the North-East and J&K, so everything lands before Dhanteras.
